We booked a hotel inside the jungle and the experience was so raw and unfiltered and beautiful - I'll never forget it! They pledged to be the first country to use 100% sustainable energy starting this year too! Good Job Costa Rica!

Wow there is so many things I didn´t know about Costa Rica! I knew it was a great eco-friendly destination, but wow, it´s even more than I thought! Thank you for sharing this great post, makes me wanna go search for plane tickets 🙂

I knew Costa Rica was eco friendly, but I had no idea to what extent. I visited a few years ago and did a hiking trip through Corcovado National Park, which was absolutely incredible. We spotted over 100 different species of birds, as well as monkeys, tapirs, sloths, ant eaters, coatis, and more animals. I was really blown away by how well managed this experience was– visitors to the park are capped at a certain number, and must be accompanied by a guide. All of this helps to protect the natural environment. Good job Costa Rica!

Costa Rica looks amazing and I love how eco friendly it is! I definitely need to visit.
