The answer is simple; you need a Holiday Planner! A holiday planner, otherwise known as a kick-ass travel agent- will help with it all. They will also be there to answer questions on visas, vaccinations, budget and many more. So how do you choose the perfect holiday planner? Read below to find out!

If they won’t let you speak, walk out the door!
You should feel like a priority and your voice should be heard!
Otherwise, you will end up living someone else’s dream trip rather than your own.

Choose a holiday planner so transparent, they will show you their computer screen! Also, someone honest about the charges and commissions they make.
I have seen some ridiculous prices from agencies when I know for a FACT how much the trip costs.
The time saving and peace of mind they are providing you with is far worth the few extra Euros you will spend.

3. Holiday Planner – Fast Response

If your agency takes more than 24 hrs to email you back, dump them.
You certainly won’t appreciate the delay while you are stuck in an airport in Central America or lost your hotel booking information in Indonesia.
Your agent should be trustworthy, and fast.

You know your agents are awesome when they have traveled the world themselves!
Who better to recommend an exotic location than someone who has seen it all?
My agents suggested I include Belize (Central America-Carribean) to my trip to Costa Rica and it was one of the highlights of my trip!
I couldn’t possibly trust a holiday planner that hasn’t flown outside of Europe!

There is no better advertisement than that of other happy travelers.
Listen to other peoples opinions (and type of journey they booked) and judge accordingly.
